Southend Handyman has made my Grandaughter a very happy little girl. We needed a ceiling hook to be fitted to the joists for a sensory swing to go up. After being let down by two other’s who said they would do the job, and others not even answering our calls/messages, we were about to give up. We thought ‘one last try’ and contacted Southend Handyman. Mike come round when he said he would and come back to do the job, like he said he would. We found him friendly and reliable, even reducing his charge by £5 to give to our Grandaughter as it was her birthday. He didn’t leave until he was satisfied that the hook and swing was safe. We have asked him to do another job for us. Thank you Southend Handyman, you have no idea how doing this small(ish) job is helping my Grandaughter 🌟
Mike has built a large garden deck, completely repainted my in laws house, replaced all the double glazed windows in my house, replaced toilet systems, installed outdoor taps, decorated indoors a lounge for me.. He is friendly and trustworthy, I would recommend him to anyone, in fact I have done.
I run a large rental property. Handy men are only handy if they turn up. I tried several who advertised for work who couldn’t be bothered to call back. One turned up did half a job went off sick last I heard!! Mike turns up and does the job to a satisfactory standard. I have no problem recommending him.
